The Rheumatology Department have recently received funding from us for a new probe. Linda Towlson said “The new probe has been fitted to the existing ultrasound machine. This machine is a very important piece of equipment for our doctors work to enable them to ultrasound patients who cannot get to the ultrasound department. Because it is portable it is used extensively on in-patients with very bad pain and joint problems. We are very grateful for your financial support in allowing us to continue using this item”.
